Customers get hands-on access to new product releases before they are generally available and can input their feedback for future product enhancements. Notice of opportunities, sign-up and participation takes place in private user group spaces within the Collaboration Community. Technical Briefings
Technical briefings provide in-depth information on solutions, confidential product roadmaps and technical topics requested by user group members. These interactive sessions include live Q&A and follow-up Q&A in the private user group spaces within the Collaboration Community. Virtual Office Hours
Want near real-time answers from a Cisco product manager or engineer? At scheduled times, product experts post "virtual office hours open" notices in the private user group space within the Collaboration Community and closely monitor and respond to your posted questions during those office hours. In Q3 2011, a schedule of hours for the month will be posted on this dashboard (login required).
Feature Request Tool
Have a suggestion for improving Cisco Collaboration products? Discuss your recommendations and those from other members in the private user group space within the Collaboration Community and then submit them for product management consideration. Periodically participate in prioritization of all requests. In Q3 2011, quick links to the tool will be posted on this dashboard (login required).
Special Interest Groups
Help influence product direction by participation in small groups that function in a close advisory role to Cisco product management for a specific product or solution area. Opportunities for involvement are posted in the private user group space within the Collaboration Community with sign-up. VIP Perks at Cisco Live
Cisco Live is the venue for Cisco Collaboration User Group members to meet and network with each other and Cisco executives, attend exclusive member-only sessions, receive preferred seating to popular general sessions, and many other VIP perks.
Contact Center User Group
Members focused on contact centers can also join the Cisco Contact Center User Group to receive additional access to a private space focused on the Contact Center User Group. In Q3 2011, Contact Center activities will be posted on this dashboard (login required).
