Step 1:
Log in with your Cisco.com ID (Login button to the right). If this is your first visit to the Cisco Collaboration Community, you will be prompted to accept the community Terms & Conditions agreement, then redirected back to this space.

To get a Cisco.com ID: Click one of the Register links, to the right. After creating your ID, activate it via the link in your confirmation email, then return to this community.

Step 2:
After log-in, click the Join Now button on the right side of this space. Complete and submit your Collaboration User Group member profile. You will then have access to members-only private community spaces.

Your Collaboration User Group community is your one-stop shop to stay up-to-date on collaboration related educational webcasts. Check the community often to find out about learning opportunities on Cisco.com and user group exclusive webcasts.

Cisco Contact Center User Group
Contact Center focused customers and partners can join the Cisco Contact Center User Group. In addition to receiving Cisco Collaboration User Group benefits, Cisco Contact Center User Group members get access to an online community space focused only on contact center.
