I am reaching out to Cisco for resolution of the following issue:

Xcode 15 may not be able to communicate with devices running iOS 17+ and tvOS 17+, and Apple Watch devices paired to an iPhone running iOS 17+ with certain VPNs active. (110337781) (FB12243540)

Workaround: Disable the VPN to interact with the device and reach out to the VPN vendor for resolution.

We need an update to this problem soon, please.  Disconnecting from VPN to side-load and then having to re-connect to VPN is slowing down development.  CICD pipelines require developers to be VPN'ed in at all times, so this consistent manual activity is time-consuming and slowing down the development lifecycle.
