Has anyone successfully taken Cisco Webex phones and converted them to teams phones?

Do you mean to register the Cisco IP Phone at Microsoft Teams?

I am not sure. I want to take my current cisco phones, load the correct firmware to enable me to use them as microsoft teams phones. Without a interopt service.
