An inquiry regarding the integration of the database with Call Studio.

Hello,

This is my first time using the Cisco Unified call studio. I would like to know how to integrate with a database. Based on the documentation, we should provide a JNDI name for DB connection, but how do we create the necessary JNDI to connect to a SQL server? The version of call studio I have is 11.5.1.

Would anyone be able to help me with this? Is there a way to get the session ucid?
