the scenario is in the call center, when the agent requests the customer to input a password by pressing the button, the CAD agent initiates a conference to CVP process for the customer to input dtmf . After the customer enters the password, CVP stores the result value in ExternalVXML0 use the CVP Subdialog Return to icm , and in ICM script , I use 'set' node to set call.PeripheralVariable5=Call.user.microapp.FromExtVXML[0],However, on the TCD table and CAD, it is found that the variable5 value is null. what's the problem?anybody can help me?
