IVR PG Protocol (GED-125) revision v5.0b specification document

I am looking for IVR PG Protocol (GED-125) revision v5.0b or latest specification document. I looked at the below link,

Although, the link named "IVR PG Protocol.pdf" has this document but I cannot get it if I click on the attached file for some reason. Either link is broken.

Hi @Sasikumar Divvela, is this the last version of documentation? I'm not sure but I believe one customer here is running on version 8 of GED-125.
