Zombie Environment: "Terminate failed"

Hi,
My most recent CML environment is in a zombie state and it can't be extended or ended.  No new environments can be launched.  How, if at all possible from my end, can i clear it?

Should automatically clear after a few hours.

Fyi - it's somehow been resolved.

I have this issue and it as not resolved itself after 5 days.
Whom can one talk with about getting this resolved?

I think that is right information, you need to make a new thread for the cisco team to fix.
