Cisco Unity perpetual licensing after January 31st, 2024

Hello,

In our infrastructure we have Cisco Unity with both Basic and Enhanced Messaging User Licenses. These licenses are still perpetual. Because of some internal procedures that might take some time, what happens if I do not convert these licenses from perpetual to FLEX before January 31st 2024 (last day of support)?

Your system will work without any issues, but you will not receive any support from Cisco for CUC and you will not be able to upgrade to the latest versions.
