Are all the rooms that are OK running the same OS version? Just trying to rule out that there is perhaps a software inconsistency between those that do work and the one that doesn't.
Have you compared the configuration of one that works with one that doesn't to see if there are any differences? (ie compare the output of the "xConfiguration" command from each device)
And lastly, this may sound weird, but do you have difference brands/model lightbulbs in the room that keeps waking up? Some cheaper or badly designed bulbs can emit pulses of IR or radio frequencies, which some electronic equipment sees as presses of remote control buttons.
