Hi everyone--i've been looking at the posts here and i'm getting ready to propose an upgrade for a client of mine that's a community college. I keep seeing exceptions for government/education and i want to make sure i understand the caveats involved before i put a proposal on the street that's wrong. I'm thinking of proposing CUWL to start, but having the 3&3 as a fallback...an help is appreciated.
