Hello Everyone,
I have an ISM-SRE-300-K9 module on a 2921 running CUE 8.5.1. I'm nearing what I believe(d?) is our
voice mailbox limit of 50. In CUE when I take a look at our licenses (administration>licenses), I see this below: I see there are two entries for Permanent licenses that are inactive for a total of 65. Does this indicate that I have 65 more licenses installed that just need to be activated? I've also included my sh license all result below:

Hi,
Cisco Unity Express on ISM-SRE-300-K9 supports maximum 100 voicemail licenses:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/rel8_5/rel_notes/rel_notes85.html
So, in your case you can activate 50 more voicemail licenses on CUE.
