CIPC freezes with UC540

First, This is a new installation. All the SPA504G are working ok, I only have some problems with CIPC.

All IP Phones are registering ok, and the voice quality is perfect.

Sometimes my CIPC freezes when I try to make a call, do not respond the dialing buttons. Also sometimes I can not hang up the call in CIPC. My Cisco IP Communicator is version 7 and my UC540 is version 8.6

I even thought my laptop had problems, but others in the office have the same problem and this is persistent. The question is what can be causing this CIPC freezing ?, Where I can check?

Im using Windows 7 in all machines.

There is not problem of loss of packets beetween the UC540 and my laptop.

Please help.
