CDR Error

Dear All ,

 

My billing server is not receiving the ,CDR file in the call manager ,when i checked in Real time monitor tool  its giving me the below error .

 

" Description: (s)FTP delivery of CDR files failed on retries.

 

I cannot find any cdr data ,for the below output .

"admin:file list activelog cm/cdr_repository/car/20150618
dir count = 0, file count = 0" .

 

Can anyone support for this .

Hello Mubarak,

verify the cdr service is running on the call manager.

see link below for CDR troubleshooting steps.  Good document.
