Cisco Mobility Tunnels are not stable

Hi All, Need your help to resolved cisco mobility tunnels issue, We checked with our firewall team they said ports number 16,666-16,667 including UDP 97 are open. But still after sometime means sometime 1 days sometime after few hours mobility tunnels down. When we manually re-created the tunnels that time they up and same thing happening again and again. What could be the issue here ?

What version of software running on your WLCs? As long as IP reachability remains up, the mobility tunnel should remain up
