Monitoring interferer levels via snmp

We recently added cleanair to our wireless deployment and I would like to build some snmp templates for Cacti in order to graph some clean-air stats under Cacti.   Yes, I know that WCS has graphing for this, but Cacti provides longer trending, thresholds, email alerting & scheduled reporting.

I searched in vain for specific Cleanair OIDs or mibs for the controllers, but came up empty.  If anyone has the exact mibs, or better yet, the OIDS, can can crank out some scripts for Cacti.

Thanks,

Eric

Hi Eric,

This is the list of new traps starting from WCS 7.0, which should be those related to CleanAir:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/wcs/7.0/configuration/guide/7_0event.html#wp1261331

Also, for what concerns the controller, there is a new "CISCO-LWAPP-SI-MIB.my" MIB that was added:

http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/release.html?mdfid=282600534&flowid=7012&softwareid=280775088&release=7.0&rellifecycle=&relind=AVAILABLE&reltype=latest

Let me know if this helps,

Fede

Thanks.  This is a good start.  I will extract the OIDs out and attempt to put together a workable script.

Thank you Eric, glad this helped.

Feel free to ping us back in the future for further help with your wireless setup.
