It contains Single point of Failure . 

What is the performance impact when we will not use Nexus 5k/2k , All devices will directed connected with 7k including UCS etc.

Just from a theoritical standpoint, A N7k is much superior in performance compared to N5k. So connecting anything directly to the N7K will definitely give you better performance without any doubt.
