Brute force attack

Dear Community,

We get issue kind of vpn brute force attack that attacker try to spoof as same as AD user.

Than real user often locked.

Kindly share recommend / advise hoe to mitigate this attack.

Is it possible to do on router / AnyConnect agents / else?
