Cisco ASA 3110 ASDM stucked at 17%sc

Hi All,

While loading Cisco ASA 3110 ASDM for the first time, it stucked at 17%. 

Create all the groups and objects via putty and the ASDM loading for the first time as it's a brand new device.

ASA version - 9.17(1)21

ASDM - 7.18(1)152

Any clue?
