Who has experience with SFP ZX modules in production?

 SFP ZX modules with high optical power and may be hazardous to the eyes if you accidentally look at them.

If you are using it in Production, do you have special protection rules ? like always do shutdown interface before disconnect or connect patch cord or may something else?

may be there are industry accepted rules?

yes correct it has very high lazer lights coming in, especially Long reach cables to drive the signal they need higher signal.

yes there are PPE available in the market, and always if you working that environment use correct tool of Fibre testers.
