I have a problem with DX650 phone (Load ID: sipdx650.10-1-2-41) when trying to call an internal Extension from Call History. The problem is that the phone put the prefix 9 in front and the CM cannot dial the extension. I don't have any problem with National or International numbers.

Hi,
Can you check if you have setup any rules to prefix 9 for outbound calls from DX650, the same may be getting applied to internal calls due to an overlap with the ones configured for national numbers.

Thanks Manish for your answer. The problem was solved.
There was an Application Dial Rule with 4 digits in CM. I removed it and now it will be able to call extensions from call log.
I didn't know that DX650 reads the Application Dial Rules from CM...

That's good to know. The earlier firmware of DX650 did not have the ability to invoke dial rules but it was fixed recently.
