Static default route for a vlan on a RV34x series router?

How do I set up a Static default route for a particular vlan on a RV34x series router?

I am trying to send all traffic from a particular subnet over the VPN. As of now only traffic destined for the VPN network will go over the VPN but I want ALL traffic to flow over the VPN. I'm trying to have the internet exit node be the other side of the VPN. 

There is a Meraki MX on one side and a  RV340w on the other side. I want traffic on a particular subnet on the RV340 to use the internet on the meraki MX.

If you setup full cone VPN all the Traffic go via VPN.

match all the traffic to use VPN in your Access policy.
