Due to registration failure, If the problem persist contact ITsupport.

I reset my password and the system appears to reconize my account. Any help?

Figured it out. Make sure you allow TCP ports 5061 and 3478 outbound.

How to do do allow TCP ports 5061 and 3478 outbound in windows? Could you share the steps please?
