show environment all -- all possible outputs?

I created bash and ansible scripts, 

to  write to one folder output of command  show environment all | exc Degree   from hundreds of switches 

SW3850-MR# show environment all | exc Degree
Temperature State: GREEN                    =======/ possible Yellow, Red

Switch 1 FAN 1 is OK             ==============/possible OK, FAULTY, and what else? 
Switch 1 FAN 2 is OK
Switch 1 FAN 3 is OK
FAN PS-1 is FAULTY
FAN PS-2 is OK
-- ------------------ ---------- --------------- ------- ------- -----
1A     PWR-C1-1100WAC xxxxxxxxxxx   Failure-Fan        Good        Good    1100       ======/possible Good,  Failure-Fan and what else? bad ? not present ?

I need all possible outputs because I will do linyx grep command and search all possible words in all files which in NOT OK and NOT Good, that means something happened with fan or psu,
