UCS C220 M5 - Fatal Error: 15 - System Restore Procedures

Good morning. We're trying to reset this device from scratch by removing the existing VMware EXSI we deployed recently. Until recently, the GUI froze all of a sudden; as a result, we rebooted the server. While it was rebooting, VMware EXSI reached a fatal error:15. After 5 minutes, the server will reboot itself. I've hit F8 to set a CMIC factory default, reconfigured the CIMC IPv4 address along with the subnet mask and default gateway--and assigned the respective VLAN hoping it was going to prompt me up immediately to the CMIC Gui web GUI nothing---it'll boot straight to the VMware EXSI. Are there ANY procedures to reset everything from scratch as if we've opened this server fresh out of the box? Some help would be very appreciative. Thank you.
