Anyconnect upgrade issues

We are trying to roll out the 4.10.07061 version that has the fix for the privalege escalation issue however we have had issues with some users and when trying to manually reinstall are getting "user system has previously initiated an install for product configuration manager client.  That user will need to run the install again before they can use the product.  Your current install will now continue" with an ok block and then ends.  

Anybody seen this? Any fix for this?

Go to Start > Run > type regedit >HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > Windows> current version > installer > InProgress.

Right Click on InProgress and delete it.

This key is created when there is an installation in progress. Deleting it should allow you to rerun the setup again.
