Cisco Live in San Diego is fast approaching. Are you planning on attending? If you are, come visit us in the DevNet Zone, where we'll be holding a full developer conference during Cisco Live. If you have a Cisco Live membership that will give you access to all DevNet Zone sessions and activities.

Don't have a Cisco Live membership? It's not too late to register. If you only want to visit the DevNet Zone, we have the special $49 DevNet Explorer Pass which will get you access to our area of Cisco Live.

What will you find in the Cisco Live DevNet Zone? We are presenting three full tracks of technical sessions, a full set of learning labs where you can sit down and work your way through different technical problems, demo areas on many different products and technologies from Cisco and our partners, and new this year, a small mini-workshop area where you can sit down in a small group with one of our instructors to learn about various topics.  You can see the full details over on the Cisco Live site.

Showing up in San Diego a bit early? We're throwing a hackathon! You can join and get involved with a team that builds and demos an app, learn about some of Cisco's technologies and if you're a winner go home with a share of one of the prize awards. We're also doing an introductory class on OpenStack on the Sunday before the show -- that class is already full, but you can sign up and get on our waitlist in case we have an opening.

We have a great set of special speakers joining us for this show, including Mitchell Hashimoto, Adrian Cockcroft, Damon Edwards, Scott Hanselman, Gene Kim and Matt Ray, plus many of Cisco's executives and CTOs will be speaking on topics including the cloud and the Internet of things.

The Cloud will be a big focus in San Diego, and we have a lot of content to help you learn about it. Take a look at our matrix of sessions and activities for the cloud, and start plugging them into your schedule while you're here. You're going to find a lot of material to help you understand technologies like Docker, microservices, InterCloud, Hadoop and many others.

If you're a developer, the DevNet Zone is the place to be to get live access to the technologies and information that will make you successful when programming with Cisco products. Take in a session, meet the team, sit down at a learning lab or a mini-workshop, or visit us at one of the demo areas and ask questions.

It's not too late to join us in San Diego, but time is rapidly running out. You need to get registered before everything fills up. Head over to the Cisco Live site to get started.

See you in San Diego!
