My confession: I'm not great at small talk, in fact I tend to shy away from group events. However with Cisco Live fast approaching and all the great, supportive activities offered, I decided this year will be different. I'm going to turn over a new leaf, make a change, and network with other women in tech. There's never been a better time to make a change and this year - I'm in!
