These annual studies project fixed and mobile IP traffic growth as well as advanced services and applications trends that are driving increased demand and use of broadband networks worldwide.
Cisco executives Doug Webster, Vice President of Service Provider Marketing, and Dr. Robert Pepper, Vice President of Global Technology Policy will present the latest findings and discuss future implications. The ANGA COM exhibition took place May 20-22, 2014. The Cisco booth catered the latest video experiences and innovations that will help ignite growth for Service Providers. Cisco was at ANGA COM in Cologne, Germany in Hall 10.2/Stand J13 and showed how the Cisco Videoscape™ solution is leading the industry by allowing broadband providers to deliver service agility, new monetization opportunities through cloud migration, and the empowerment to deliver Gigabit speeds today, with plans to increase to Terabit speeds in the future.
Cisco Live SF
This year at Cisco Live San Francisco that ran May 18-22 attendees had an opportunity to come face-to-face and learn about the Cisco’s Open Network Environment (ONE) architecture for service providers. They were able to get a comprehensive and holistic view of the challenges and opportunities as service providers who can enable the Internet of Everything (IoE).
Cisco's annual Packet Optical Network Conference (PONC) brought the intelligence, innovation and leadership of the network provider industry together, and discussed trends, shared expertise. Attendees were able to learn and see the latest networking technologies in the market. PONC 2014 was held May 13-15 in San Jose, California at the Dolce Hayes Mansion.
China Content Broadcasting Network (CCBN) was held at China International Exhibition Center in Hall 2, booth 2202. At this year’s event, Cisco presented a number of innovative technology and solutions that connected consumers to a world of exciting and engaging video experiences. At the same time, we also showed how Service Providers can participate in the new era of the Internet of Everything through our Mobility, Cloud and Programmable Network technologies and solutions.
OFC/NFOEC, the world's leading event for advancing optical solutions, was held March 9-13. Cisco had a strong presence, including our largest booth ever (booth 4359), at this year's event being held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. Building upon the industry wide dialog around multi-layer convergence and SDN, we showcased the Evolved Programmable Network (EPN), the Cisco Network Convergence Systems (NCS) and our highly innovative CMOS photonics technology – CPAK.
WBA Wi-Fi Global Congress 2013
The WBA Wi-Fi Global Congress is the world's leading carrier Wi-Fi event, attracting over 500 visitors from around the world. This event which took place November 18-21, 2013 in Beijing, China, is held for those focused on mobile, fixed, cable and Wi-Fi operators who are looking to exploit the growth of carrier Wi-Fi.
