Member-Only Breakout Sessions
Product Direction Sessions: Cisco product managers from across the Collaboration Technology Group will share their product roadmaps for the next 12 - 18 months. There are eight roadmap sessions spread throughout the week.
Open Forum Q&A Session: Voice your opinion and ask your questions! Interact with a panel of Collaboration product management teams, engineering experts, and your fellow CUG members.
User Experience Focus Group - Perceptions of BYOD: In this working session, we'll examine perceptions of BYOD from Cisco's user experience research. We'll discuss your company's transitions and take an early peek at Cisco's next features built to embrace anyone, anywhere, on any device approach.
CUG Business Meeting: Join your fellow Collaboration User Group members for the annual business meeting. Members will discuss user group programs and how to build enhanced value in the future.

CUG VIP Reception at Customer Appreciation Event

Access Credentials: You must have a CUG badge ribbon to be admitted to the reception. Current members will receive a badge ribbon at Badge Pickup. New members will receive a badge ribbon when they join at the Collaboration Community and User Group station in the Collaboration Booth, Cisco Campus in World of Solutions.
CUG Member Lounge
CUG members can take a break, grab a beverage and snack and charge up their devices. The lounge is located on the same level in the Orange County Convention Center near the West A/B Lobby.
