I recorded a new recording for en_welcome.au.  I then upload that to the flash of my router and do a "call app voice load autoatt" and also "call lang voice load autoatt".  When I call into the application I still get the old recording for en_welcome.au.

How do you reload that prompt?

If it is configurable in application, like in BACD

you can go to that application do :

  param welcome-prompt xxxx.au

If hardcoded in the script then you may want to reload the application

If you configure it form IOS

do something like
  no param welcome-prompt xxxx.au
and
param welcome-prompt xxxx.au

from service will do it

Incorrect, audio prompts must be reloaded as indicated by another poster above.
Otherwise router will reuse cached prompts, no matter how may times you reconfigure the script.
