What is the best way to add observer on the address of extension mobility user? If user is not logged-in then there won't be any device with address so when we should add observer on address of extension mobility user profile.

When the user logs into a Phone (extension Mobility), Cisco JTAPI will deliver a CiscoAddrCreatedEv and CiscoTermCreatedEv. Applications can use these events to determine the Address and Terminal that gets created as a result of EM and should add observers on those.

In case of CiscoTermInServiceEv we will get the terminal on which EM user will logged in. Then you can identify the which user is logged in on the terminal and can add the observer on the address!
