I need your advice in the following:
Problem Description:

CUCM 8.6.2 SU2 (tsp 8.6.2.7-0)
CUEAC 9.0.1 Connected over TAPI (TSP).
The 1st call comes to the Queue will get the Unicast MOH (greeting prompt) from the beginning, but any new call will get the MOH stream at whatever point it is in the 1st call (i.e. will not play the MOH file from the beginning), it functions exactly like a conference and devices are joined to this conference.
Lab tests:

1. With CUEAC (Integrated over TAPI): MOH stream is not played from the beginning.
2. With UCCX (Integrated over JTAPI): MOH is played from the beginning.
The needed assistance:

- For CUEAC calls, each call is being handled by single CTI Port, so each call is put on hold by separate Device (but with the same IP Address), that applies also on UCCX calls. Is this a limitation on TAPI/ TSP as it works fine with JTAPI?
- Does it work as designed? Can it be resolved or it’s considered as Enhancement and the customer has to submit PER?
