Don’t miss your opportunity to get an in depth look at contact center technology by taking part in a host of educational activities focused on Cisco Customer Collaboration solutions at CiscoLive 2014 in San Francisco, CA from May 18 – 22.
What’s Happening for Customer Collaboration?
Experts from Cisco are hosting more than 25 contact center related sessions this year at CiscoLive ranging from product updates, to planning and design sessions, to deployment best practices.
New for the contact center track this year is a “Keynote-style” session led by Chris Botting, Global Customer Collaboration Executive and Senior Director of Product Management for Cisco Contact Center. The session, Cisco Customer Collaboration: Why it's the Right Choice for Your Contact Center (BRKCCT-0001), will include an update on the state of the contact center business at Cisco, a demonstration, and a case study from a customer who chose to go with Cisco.
Other sessions debuting this year include Cisco Customer Collaboration Architectural Vision (BRKCCT-1009), Hosted Collaboration Solution Contact Center Overview (BRKCCT-1002), and Designing, Deploying and Managing Packaged CCE (BRKCCT-2058). Finally we are adding a Customer Case Study session featuring Ingram Micro (CCSCCT-1300). And as an added bonus, Cisco Customer Collaboration T-shirts designed specifically for this year’s CiscoLive will be available at select sessions.
Don’t forget to come and see us in the Collaboration Booth in the Cisco Campus during the World of Solutions where we will be demonstrating the latest features of Unified Contact Center Enterprise and Unified Contact Center Express, as well as Cisco Remote Expert. In addition to seeing a demonstration, there will be a variety of experts on hand to answer your questions.
