AThe CTI OS server sends agent statistics in an OnAgentStatistics event. For more information about the PollingIntervalSec and PollForAgentStatsAtEndCall registry settings and how these settings affect the refresh rate of agent statistics, see OnAgentStatistics in Chapter 6, Event Interfaces and Events.
