It's Not Just a Phone Call Anymore: Task Routing for Contact Center Enterprise The way we interact and support customers is always changing and so is how we enable and create apps and services to meet different needs. With Contact Center Enterprise (CCE) Release 11.5, you can enable multichannel task routing to go beyond traditional voice-centric open interfaces on all Contact Center Enterprise solutions. Why is this so exciting? Imagine being able to answer a customer support call, text message and email based on context and priority. By integrating mobile or web-based apps with task routing APIs, you can provide a standard way for third-party applications (like CRM) to submit, queue, route, and handle multichannel tasks in CCE. Sound exciting? It is! Go here to: - Find sample code, scripts, and API guides
- Test your code in a PCCE Sandbox
- Explore task routing components such as SocialMiner and Finesse
- Share your ideas, concepts and hacks with the Task Routing Community
