There have been some recent updates to AS Policy and Process related to Deliver Service that require your attention and action.
The Advanced Services Document and Deliverable Management Policy and related AS Delivery Collaboration Review and Storage Process have been updated based on Cisco ISO internal and external audit results, feedback from policy and process users, input from AS Quality Champions and AS Policy Desk improvement review. These updates are part of a wider program to improve the AS Policies and Processes related to the Deliver Service AS business process.

Please note the Call to Action that ALL AS personnel involved in customer facing delivery projects are asked to review the Summary of Changes and to read the updated AS Policy and Process in full prior to the compliance effective date of September 23, 2017.
