ISE with JumpCloud

Has anyone integrated ISE with JumpCloud as the identity source?  Cloud-based LDAP-as-a-service: https://jumpcloud.com/daas-glossary/ldap-as-a-service

As long as it's LDAPv3 compliant, it should be able to work with ISE. I would suggest you to go ahead and try it yourself.
