UCSS CONTRACT ACTIVE & ESW CONTRACT EXPIRE

Hi,

we are planning to upgrade cucm from 10.5 to 11.5, we have active ucss contract will expire in July 2017 but our ESW contract expired 1 year ago.

My question is can we renew ESW is it still available & can we renew it till july 2017.

looking forward for urgent support from community.

No cuwl std is separate from TP room

Yes for those two u need tp room

You cannot just upgrade pro since it's EOL so you have to bump to meetings

For those 5 since you don't have them today u will need to add 5 new Cuwl std at the regular price since those are net new at 325 list

What if do it like this? The number if devices is 40.

Cuwl pro version 11.x bundle (25):This will take care of 25 existing

devices.

CUWL standard bundle (35).This will take care of already existing 15 phones

plus the phones to be added in the

future.

6 Telepresence room licenses version 11.x

the sku cuwl standard bundle is BE6K-start-uwl 35

What of the sku for cuwl pro bundle and telepresence room license

The issue again is there is no way to add support to CUWL PRO since it is EOL as I mention above so you have to upgrade to meetings and then add support that's why I put the SKU above .

I think the picture is getting clearer now. I can even use the CUWL

standard bundle to take care of the 35 phones while I use the CUWL standard

regular price to take care of the 5 phones. the 312 dollar which u stated

in the previous response is per device.

May I know the price list for the telepresence license, SWSS(also the sku)

and the upgrade from cuwl pro to meeting(even though it's not necessary

now)

It’s 130 list and the SKU was already there above in my post for TP

The PRO 2 Meetings is 100 LIST.

The TP room license is 130 and the CUWL PRO to meetings is 100 LIST.

Yes that means hundred dollars but that is the list price which means then a discount is applied which is negotiated between the partner and the vendor and that's the price that you will pay. You don't Pay list

Considering the two bundles below,can we install more than 1 quantity?

BE6K-START-UWL35. Qty 8

BE6K-START-UCL 25 .Qty 8

Assuming i have  200 ip phones ,and all users will use the ip phones. So i decide to order 8 pieces of BE6K-START-UCL25 to cover the 200 ip phones .can all the 8 pieces be installed in the cucm.

BE6K-START-UWL35 is not necessary since the users will not be using the ip phones and jabber

If your ESW contract expired you are not entitled to any major upgrades.  In short you will need pay to upgrade though one of many different promotions Cisco has.

Agree with what everyone has said.  Your only option (as its too late to realise any value in the remaining term of the UCSS).

is to use Collaborate Everywhere  promotion to purchase the upgrade and then add a new term of SWSS to that new upgrade.

We find CON-ESW-UCMENHUC Partno in CCW as we can select the duration for 5 months.

can we go with this option & we can upgrade to 11.5.

No you have to go for at least 1 year SWSS minimum when using Collaborate Now and selecting rhe upgrade SKUs .  Yes this SKU is in CCW but its not to be meant for what you want to do. thanks ashish
