Dears,
We have a PCCE system version 11.5
The customer wants to increase the number of rings on the agent desktop to 4 rings before the call is rerouted through RONA. The current number is 2 rings.
With UCCE, we used to change this setting through Agent Desk Settings.
Can someone please advise where to change it with PCCE?
Your help is highly appreciated.

Lara,
You set the RONA for an Agent in the CVP Operations Console.
System-> Dialed number Pattern
Edit the Pattern used for Agent extensions, enable RNA Timeout checkbox and set the number of seconds you need.

I was looking at the CVP Call Server Configuration --> SIP --> Local Static Routes instead of System --> Dialed Number Patterns.
