Load-balance PSN with NetScaler 10.5

Looking for configuration guide and/or assistance with setting up a NetScaler(v10.5) VIP to load-balance client authentication requests to multiple PSN's. (ISE 2.2).

I am also working with Citrix to see if we can publish a more formal guide but no commit yet on a release date.  Still in works.
