Call option not available on Jabber client

Hello Expert,

I'm using a UCCX sandbox environment. I've two agent extensions properly configured (John Doe, Jane Doe), i'm successfully able to login the jabber client from both the Agent extensions, but i'm not able to place a call from any of those extensions.

Hi,

Are you able to log in the agents via the Finesse agent desktop? If I remember correctly, you have to make a call to their extension and not username. So, 6001, 6002, 6003, etc.

Does John Doe have a CSF device (one CSF device for each agent)?

Make sure the agent is listed under Owner ID, and is also added as a controlled device under John's End User
