Dear Sir

Thank you very much for your help, can you give your outbound.jar for VVB?

Have added a JAR to the Box folder for convenience.

Dear Sir

when the cvp outbound call occured, I want the outbound application  transfer to another mobile phone. so I use your Gateway Transfer element which you shared in the cisco app box website. and load the cvp_gwfeature.tcl in the ingress gateway. but I find the result that the outbound application cann't transfer to another mobile , I don't know what's the problem , can you help me?

Unfortunately, you're trying to use two customisations on the gateway that aren't currently coded to coexist.  The solution at present is to use the standard Call Studio transfer element.  That would, of course, mean the transfer will transit the VVB rather than being performed at the gateway.  To perform a successful transfer at the gateway either the outbound TCL app would have to handoff control to cvp_gwfeature.tcl or the functionality would have to be combined into one TCL app.  All possible, just not that way at the moment.  Sorry.  I will add it onto the to-do list for consideration though.

Dear Sir

When I use standard Call Studio transfer element, it can't running too, do you know what's the problem ?

Bit more bad news I'm afraid; you've configured a bridged transfer but the VVB doesn't currently support that, hence the outcome in the error log.  (That's one of the reasons I published the gateway based transfer customisation.)   The only non-custom option you have is a blind transfer and that is actually using a SIP Refer so my earlier statement about the transfer transiting the VVB is incorrect; it will transit at the point the Refer is consumed.

Personally, I've not tried it but I'd go about it like this:

  • Configure the transfer element for non-bridged and set the destination to a SIP URI.
  • Check the SIP messaging on the gateway to make sure you do see a REFER with Refer-To header pointing to that destination.
  • Configure the gateway to consume the Refer; set "no supplementary-service sip refer" on the outgoing dial-peer to the VVB.
  • Add your gateway dial-plan config to route to the transfer destination; simplest thing is a dial peer that will match just the user part of the Refer-To header URI but you can do full URI matching if preferred.
  • That should be enough to do the job.

Be aware that I'm out-of-office until early Jan so may not respond that quickly, but I'm sure there's others on the forum that may be able to help.
