How can i use my new license from webex audio optional package?

what's their utility?

Not following the question. You attach your audio license so folks get a toll dial in number to use and if you have the call back option it can call you too

Few months ago, I recomended the "toll named user" feature to get the

function of conference between just a phone and webex. And this

recomendation cames from Global case management in cisco.

But my client can´t works yet whit this functionallity. He want´s to do

calls from a conference on webex to a Phone in Mexico.

So, i hear than the Toll named user license could let you do conference

between cellphones, ip phones and softphones... Is this correct?

Yes its an audio bridge

If you read that link you can see the countries that are covered for toll dial in. Mexico is only available as a call back if you purchase toll named user plus international cal back license

Under just toll named user license Mexico isn’t included

If you purchase a committed or un committed plan then yes it’s included to get toll free in Mexico

So your customer either needs to upgrade to toll named user plus international or use voip or the committed or un committed plan
