Problem in getting verification mail for login

After opening cisco spark software and typing all cisco credentials it is showing verification mail sent and verify. But when I check my mail inbox,I found that no such mail has received to me. I tried this process of re-sending verification mail many times but not helping so unable to login in cisco spark.

Please help me for this.

Have you checked your email filters to ensure they are not capturing and quarantining the verification emails?
