Telepresence SX20 and SX10 integration with WebEx with CRM

Hi,

Recently, my job description has been changed and I have been assigned to do my first project on collaboration. I have no prior experience with Cisco collaboration, except for a little work with CUCM previously.

I need to know how to setup Telepresence SX20, SX10, also integrate WebEx Named User (I don't know if "integrate" is the right term), and I also need to know how can I enable CMR (Collaboration Meeting Room).

I need advice. These are all completely new to me- product, technologies, everything. Basically I am a CCNA (200-125) and have a good working knowledge on the associated technologies, but no knowledge on the collaboration field. Please kindly guide me how can I get myself going with these. I have to deploy it after on the first week of February.

Please help, how to proceed with these? Attached is the BoM listing all the products. Please guide or suggest.
