We are experiencing issues with our Win7 machines and AnyConnect 4.4 after installing the latest Windows update (KB4056894). The VPN will not connect and times out. Uninstalling this patch fixes the issue.
Anyone experiencing the same? We are not seeing this with Windows 10.

We are facing the same issue. Didi you solved it already?
I found this discussion with s solution but didn´t test it right now....
We managed to get somewhere with Support this afternoon. It looks like a fix is to deploy an XML Profile Settings file. This is generated using Cisco's AnyConnect Profile Editor software, "tools-anyconnect-win-4.5.04029-profileeditor-k9"
In the Profile Editor, there are two settings that needed configured:
Then save the profile somewhere. Once it's saved you can add it to your ASA to automatically get deployed using ASDM, or you can manually push the profile to user PCs by placing the XML file in "%ProgramData%\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile"
Once we got that profile deployed, AnyConnect was able to get connected to our VPN immediately, first try.
