Not realtime as in "it takes a few seconds to load page" or "i don't see instant results upon user login"?
First may be impacted by resource allocation if running eval, or smaller appliance. I would also suggest installing Patch 2.
For second, there is some delay as the PSN must send logs to MnT and PAN will fetch processed records from MnT. Again, depending on resource load of each node and network, the update to MnT will not be instantaneous.
