Hello All,

In respect to ISE compatibility and support with Alcatel access switches I have found out this document according to which only mab and dot1x looks to be tested.

ISE Third-Party NAD Profiles and Configs

Since document is from 2016 do we maybe have some newer feedback around this?

Maybe we have done some additional tests since then?

Many Thanks,

Ivana

We test vendors to the capabilities that they have. If they don’t support url redirect or some sort of COA then there is no capability inherent to support any advanced features of ISE

If something has changed in their support then feel free to test and update the community

There was some early testing with Alcatel at customer site and the specfic models used did not have RADIUS CoA support.  Since then, we have added SNMP CoA support which would likely work but not verified yet.  Also, the E series of switches like 6850E added support for RADIUS CoA and even URL redirect, so chances it could work without relying on Auth VLAN feature.
