This has been resolved.Apparently one of the table is too big and needs to be pruned for the backup to work on 1.1.2.15.TAC provided us a cleanup utility which could take upto 36 hours to finish.But, it took us around 20 hours and we can run backup n...
There are two different things:
1) You can have multiple SSIDs (WLAN) associated with the same VLAN interface.
2) But, you can't have multiple interfaces with the same VLAN ID.

Is it the only access point on 10.99.24.0/24 subnet?
How about the firewall ports? since it is a remote site.
We had a similar issue and factory resting the access point resolved the issue.
